What a day!
First we ran two TSD segments in the hills south of Mount Tremblant. Dad & I managed to zero both... redemption for yesterday's disaster, and proof of our determination. At the final checkpoint, since I was in the navigator's seat I grabbed a series of "checkpoint shots" in an attempt to capture for you, dear reader, what it is like to run one. I'll put it together in animated gif format and post it here soon.
The rest of the afternoon was spent on an excellent racetrack, Le Circuit de Mount Tremblant. Rich had divided the track into two circuits, and lower, "easier" loop, with two s-curves, two hard rights, and one long and one short straight. The upper circuit was far more difficult, both to describe and even more so to drive.
We had a nice little infield to wait in while drivers took their turn on the courses. Unfortunately there were really no great photographic vantagepoints, so my protography focussed on the cars, not the whole environment. If you like vintage sports cars, then by all means go to the track page, which has probably 100 pictures to see. I will just use a photo-gallery sort of software to present it, rather than trying to HTML-ize it all manually. It will be up soon, until then, here is a small taste:
I hope that holds you over... there is much much more! (ok, here is a link to the the photos I've finished working on, but not HTML-ized)

Pictures of most of the cars.
Chuck drives the Old Jag around the track!
OK, take me to the next day!
